The best thing about Bono Clean is that the owner Tony is the one that answers the phone. Some of these other carpet cleaning services have 3rd party answering services that put you on hold for long periods of time, or they get your info and you hope that someone will eventually call you back. Not the case for Bono Clean. Quickly upon speaking with Tony, you will realize his many years of experience in his industry and his attention to detail that will be even more evident when he comes to you house for service. We initially only wanted 2 rooms cleaned but after seeing how good our freshly cleaned carpets looked like new, we quickly decided to have them address some other areas of our home including the tile in our laundry room. NIGHT and Day difference!

Tony and his helper were wonderful. They did a Very thorough job. The carpet was pretty dirty and I was very pleased on how much came out. They went over traffic areas several times in order to get out as much dirt as possible. He also explain to me what to do to have the carpet dry faster. They were very courteous and professional. I would certainly recommend them and hire them again.

I have been using this company for over 20 years, by both Tony and his dad. I'm never disappointed. Stains that I thought were doomed Tony has managed to get out. I have theee dogs and you would never know it . The quality of work and their pricing are top notch plus you will be able to afford to do it often Or annually. Tony even does my throw rugs.
